What are our SysMo-DB pals up to?

We need to do two major activities for the first phase of SysMO-DB

1. A show and tell
2. A first cut SysMO-SEEK and JERM specification and pilot

This is made up of two major activities

1. An audit of all the projects, which is much more systematic than the first round of questionnaires.

1. A list of sweet spots & pains where we ask each pal to tell us the low hanging fruit in their projects and also the potential barriers confidentially.

To start the ball rolling on what should be in the SEEK Registry and the JERM exchange - the questions that the partners would like to ask and the data they would be willing to share - we will hold a facilitated face to face meeting of our pals and SysMO-DB team on 18-19 September at EML, Heidelberg, Germany. We will also do some mining of resources already in place in projects that are quite mature with a couple of our pals.
