SysMO-SEEK is our planned metadata data catalogue. The registry will store information about the data created by the SysMO initiative and other assets generated by the groups they think valuable to hold.

It can also hold results via a direct upload. It is a directory to where the results can be found and what the SysMO consortium members are investigating.

About Me

I'm a biologist turned bioinformatican working in a wetlab. Our lab is based in Vienna, Austria and is mainly interested in studying Host-Pathogen Interactions of pathogenic yeasts.

Project

MOSES is a SysMO consortium dedicated to studying the ATP metabolism of saccharomyces cerevisiae. To complement existing top-down and bottom-up SB strategies, here a domino, problem oriented SB approach is developed, which follows the lines of regulation, pertinent to a selected highly connected …

That is why we need to be smart about leveraging the resources already developed by the projects, and using the people developing those resources to our, and everyone elses, advantage.

About the meeting

This meeting will highlight the latest developments in SysMO-SEEK and
present related initiatives from the Systems Biology community that can
help researchers deal with connecting data and models. It is an
opportunity to get more involved with the data sharing initiative in
SysMO and learn more about data sharing standards across the Life Sciences.
