SabioRK http://sabio.villa-bosch.de/SABIORK/ is a curated database containing data about biochemical reactions and their kinetic properties based on literature information. The data comprises information about reactions, their participants including enzyme properties, biological locations (organism, tissue, cell location), kinetic parameters and rate equations determined for the reaction, and the experimental conditions used for the determination.
